Nashville-based singer-songwriter Andrew de Torres has been around the block a few times, fronting a handful of US rock bands, including Danger Radio. With that in mind, his debut song under new moniker, Kaptan represents something of a curveball. 'Anywhere We Go' is a feelgood pop ditty with all the singalong potency of Bombay Bicycle Club's sunniest jams. It's the first taste of Andrew's forthcoming EP, Sprinter, set for release on the Tennessee boutique responsible for that recent wicked Ofelia K single ('White T-Shirt'), South By Sea. - DC
